Sun Pictures Catalogue Twenty-Two accompanies the first one-man show of Charles Nègre’s photographs in the United States. Nègre is primarily known for his landscapes, figure studies, and architectural photographs of Paris and the South of France made in the 1850. The catalogue includes more than 40 salt prints, albumen prints, and paper negatives, frequently as negative-positive pairs.
